ABB – the concern formed in 1988 by merge of two large companies: Swedish ASEA (Almanna Svenska Elektriska Aktiebolaget) and Swiss BBC (Brown, Boveri & Cie). Both companies passed an impressive way even before merge and continued intensive development after.
Production of ABB is known around the world. Currently ABB is world-wide recognized leader of the market of the automated systems and isn't going to yield a position.
Legrand – the world leader in production of electrotechnical appointment, the supplier of complex decisions for electric and information networks.
Production of Legrand is applied both in premises, and in buildings of administrative sector, and on industrial facilities. Concentration on one business – the electrician – allowed Legrand to take leading positions in many countries of the world in the relevant branch.
Wago Contakttechnik GmbH – the world leader in production the bezvintovykh of terminal connectors. The Wago firm was founded by the engineer Friedrich Hochorst in 1951 in Germany, in the city of Minden.
The first flat and spring klemmnik of Wago was patented the same year. In 1957, 1973 and 1974 the firm patented some more plugs, and in 1977 the spring connecting CAGE CLAMP® mechanism which still is the standard No. 1 in the area was patented.
